Athena Technologies has modified its vibracore system to make it portable and capable of being hand-carried to a study area. This allow us to collect vibracore samples in areas where conventional sampling technologies either due to inaccessibility or a desire to prevent damage to the ecosystem. This system can be deployed to rivers, creeks, shallow ponds, wetlands, intertidal areas, and other hard to access environments with relative ease.

This system can collect samples for both geotechnical and environmental purposes using the full range of sample barrel material (aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless with liner inserts).
