Company President

Dr. Sexton is a geologist/sedimentologist with 22 years of broad- based professional experience. His areas of expertise include marine sedimentation, pre-dredge environmental studies, modern stratigraphic studies, ground water pollution, geomorphology, mineral exploration, shoreline erosion/nourishment, oil spill response and contingency planning, and coastal mapping studies. Dr. Sexton has extensive experience studying marine sedimentation and performing pre-dredge environmental studies. His ground water pollution experience includes studies on metal contamination, PCB's, creosote, hydrocarbons and radio nuclides. He has performed research and managed projects on oil spill mapping and assessment, three-dimensional geologic modeling of modern sediments, and sand source evaluation for beach renourishment. He has also conducted numerous mineral surveys to evaluate sand and gravel, coquina, heavy minerals, limestone, and peat resources.
